KEY MOMENTS
- After a scoreless first quarter, Bentley's Katie Thies received a pass at the cage and scored to make it 1-0.
- Bentley extended the lead to 2-0 just before the end of the first half off a penalty corner by Lida Coco.
- The Penmen were kept off the board until early in the fourth quarter, when Thibodeau scored off a penalty stroke with 12:35 to play.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Thibodeau scored for the second consecutive game for the Penmen. She is the first SNHU player with two goals this season.
NOTES
- The first meeting of the year between the teams was a non-conference affair. SNHU will host Bentley on September 27 at 6 p.m. in an NE10 contest.
- The Falcons lead the all-time series with the Penmen 8-4.
