Victoria Roulston (E. Falmouth, Mass.) scored twice to stake the Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team to a first-half lead, but Southern Connecticut State University struck in the final minutes to squeak out a 2-2 tie Wednesday evening at Ouellette Stadium.

- Southern New Hampshire drew first blood midway through the 12th minute when Conti sent a ball into the box that Roulston ran onto, beating the goalkeeper to it and knocking it into the net.
- After Southern Connecticut tied it late in the 31st minute, Roulston struck again with just under 10 minutes left in the half, as she deflected the ball into the net off a corner service from Anderson.
- The score stayed, 2-1, into the 89th minute when the Owls took advantage of a free kick just outside of the top of the box, as Kelsey Burr went top right corner to collect the equalizer.
