Alejo Caceres (Cordoba, Argentina) scored the first goal of his career in the 23rd-ranked Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team's 4-1 triumph over the University of New Haven on Saturday evening at Ouellette Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
- Southern New Hampshire broke a scoreless tie just 1:58 into the second half when Escobedo sent a cross from deep in the left corner into the right side of the box, where Caceres booted it past the goalkeeper for the 1-0 advantage.
- SNHU struck again just 2:56 later on Kraft's long shot into the lower left corner of the net, past the diving 'keeper.
- The Penmen extended the lead to 3-0 in the 64th minute when a New Haven defender could not clear the ball and Gonzalez capitalized with a goal from right in front.
- The Chargers jumped on the board 33 seconds later on a free-kick tally from Augustus McCiff.
- Herrmann capped the scoring in the 72nd minute with a penalty kick goal after a Charger was sent off with his second yellow card.
