MANCHESTER, N.H. – Due to the impending effects of Hurricane Lee, Saturday's running of the 50th UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational has been moved to Sunday. The Southern New Hampshire University Women's and Men's Cross Country teams will be competing in the races at the Coach Robert Dowd Cross Country Course on the campus of UMass Dartmouth.
Following the men's sub-varsity race, the men's Robert 'Buddy' Harris varsity 8k will begin at 11:15am. The women's varsity 5k will go off at 12:00pm.
The Southern New Hampshire University women are the top-ranked East Region team in the latest USTFCCCA poll off a season-opening win at the Shacklette Invitational at Saint Anselm. The men are ranked fifth in the East Region in the latest poll.
