Iago Perez (Oleiros, Spain) scored two goals in the first half, but the 14th-ranked Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team had to settle for a 2-2 draw with No. 21 Post University on Wednesday night at Ouellette Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
- Southern New Hampshire scored for the first time late in the 10th minute when Caceres ripped a shot in close that was saved by the Post goalkeeper, but Perez was there to clean up the rebound and deposit the ball into the open net.
- Perez made it 2-0 in the 18th minute when he and Herrmann ran into the box, with Herrmann sliding a pass to the right for Perez, who buried a shot into the back of the net.
- Post struck with just 45 seconds on the clock in the first half off a corner kick that was delivered into the box from the right for Nicholas Anagonastiadis, who headed the ball just inside the left post.
- The game stayed that way until 7:15 remained on the clock in the second half, as Aritz Uriate put home a ball directly in front off a touch from Gentian Selimi.

- The Penmen, who jumped into the United Soccer Coaches Division II Top 25 Poll at No. 14 this week, are unbeaten through the first three matches of the season for the first time since 2019.
- SNHU still leads the all-time series with Post, 9-2-2. The Penmen are unbeaten in eight of the last nine meetings (6-1-2). SNHU also extends its home unbeaten streak versus Post to seven matches (5-0-2).
- Perez, who was making his season debut after missing the first two matches of the year, scored his second and third career goals.
