KEY MOMENTS
- The contest endured four ties and four lead changes over the opening six minutes before back-to-back Henderson 3-pointers sparked a 10-2 run that gave Southern New Hampshire a 21-13 advantage with 11:47 remaining in the first half. The margin was seven a little over seven-and-a-half minutes later when a pair of Rivera jumpers carried a 6-0 spurt that handed the Penmen their largest lead of the contest at 33-20 with 2:52 left. Adelphi scored the final five to trim its halftime deficit to 33-25.
- The margin was five nearly five-and-a-half minutes into the second half when SNHU scored 12 of the next 18 – led by five from Becht – to grab its largest lead of the second half at 53-41 with 11:27 to play. Adelphi responded with a 17-6 counter-surge to tie the game at 58 with 3:58 left. The Penmen would eventually hold a 66-63 lead with 14 seconds on the clock when Adelphi converted a three-point play with 1.8 seconds remaining to send the game to overtime.
- Adelphi opened the extra session with a 3-pointer, but it would be the Panthers' only lead, as SNHU ripped off a 15-3 run – paced by four each from Rivera and Brathwaite – to open an 81-72 advantage with nine seconds left.

- Southern New Hampshire outshot Adelphi, 48.4 percent (31-64) to 46.6 percent (27-58), while the Panthers returned the favor from long distance, 34.6 percent (9-26) to 27.6 percent (8-29).
- Adelphi was better from the line, 75 percent (12-16) to 64.7 percent (11-17).
- The Penmen captured the glass (37-29) and the paint (36-34), scored more points off turnovers (17-8), second chance points (8-5) and on the fast break (8-6), received more scoring from their bench (17-5) and featured a better assist-to-turnover ratio (11/10-12/13).

- Southern New Hampshire snaps a two-game skid and has won four of its last six.
- SNHU, which leads the all-time series with Adelphi 16-10, has won six of 10, including four of five. The teams have split the most recent 16 meetings, with the Penmen having won six of the last seven, including three straight, on their home court.
- The Panthers recorded an 84-81 victory at home in the first regular-season meeting back on Jan. 3.
- Over the five seasons of head coach Jack Perri's tenure, the Penmen are 43-18 (.705) at home, including 7-2 (.778) this season.
