HOW IT HAPPENED
- After Assumption opened the scoring at the 12:22 mark of the opening quarter, Southern New Hampshire responded just 19 seconds later when graduate student Katelyn Hadden (Newburyport, Mass.) scored off a feed from junior Rachel McLaughlin (Woburn, Mass.). The Greyhounds scored six of the final seven goals of the first quarter, including five straight, to break open a 7-2 advantage.
- Assumption kicked off the second stanza with four straight, before grad student Skylar Renaud (E. Waterboro, Maine) found the back of the net to trim SNHU's halftime deficit to 11-3.
- Graziano scored both third-quarter goals for the Penmen, but the Greyhounds struck four times to bring a 15-5 lead into the final frame.
- Senior Shelby Cole (Gilford, N.H.) and Renaud scored two of the first three goals of the fourth, before Assumption capped the scoring with under two minutes left.

- Senior Megan Petko (Monroe, N.Y.) stopped six of the 19 shots she faced, playing 46:19 over two stints in the game. Freshman Nicole Mirra (Cicero, N.Y.) made one save on five bids in 13:41 of action.
