The Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision at Pace University on Saturday in Northeast 10 Conference play.
KEY MOMENT
- Pace scored the eventual game-winner in the 33rd minute when Juliana Procopio found the back of the net from close range. The Setters doubled the lead early in the second half on a tally from Ava Viebrock, then added an insurance goal in the 76th minute from Bailey Olson to secure the win.
NOTES
- Senior Claudia Keith (Danvers, Mass.) recorded nine saves for the Penmen, including six in the opening half.
- Senior Georgia Greene (Clifton Park, N.Y.) led the offense with a team-high five shots, three of which were on goal.
- SNHU held a 9-5 second-half shot advantage and finished with seven corner kicks to Pace's six.
- Sophomore Emma Noheimer (Mansfield, Conn.) and senior Imogen Noon (Gold Coast, Australia) each recorded a shot on goal, while senior Carly Schofield (Plymouth, Mass.) added two attempts.
