The Southern New Hampshire University field hockey team snapped a two-game skid, defeating Franklin Pierce 5–1 win on Saturday afternoon on Larkin Field.

Junior Jade Hendriks (Huissen, Netherlands) broke the game open with a third-quarter tally after SNHU had built a 2–0 lead.

- Hendriks finished with two goals and an assist, anchoring the Penmen's offense.
- Junior Amelia Crocombe (Somerset, England) also contributed two goals and an assist in a season-best performance.
- Freshman Kim Dull (Wilnis, Netherlands) added her second goal of the season, assisted by Crocombe, early in the fourth quarter.
- Senior Abby Forbes (Boscawen, N.H.) recorded two assists, both on Hendriks' goals.
- Sophomore Julia Giampietro (Sandwich, Mass.) dished the assist on Crocombe's second goal.
- Freshman goalkeeper Agustina Miranda Waigand (Miami, Fla.) made eight saves to earn the victory.
- SNHU dominated the stat sheet, holding a 29–15 edge in total shots and a 21–9 margin in shots on goal.
- The Penmen also controlled opportunities with a 12–9 advantage in penalty corners with all five goals coming on or just after corners.
- With the win, SNHU improves its all-time series record against Franklin Pierce to 8–5 and extends its win streak in the matchup to three straight.
