MANCHESTER, N.H. – Fans of the Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team will be able to cheer on the Penmen at one of two different watch party locations when it plays in an NCAA Division II Championship semifinal match on Friday, Dec. 12 (8 p.m. EST) against Midwestern State University at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs, Colo.
SNHU alumni, family, friends and community members are welcome to attend a free public showing of the game at Chunky's Cinema Pub's lobby bar (707 Huse Road, Manchester, N.H.). A full food menu, beer and premium cocktails will be available for purchase.
Fans are welcome to arrive as early as 7 p.m. When you arrive, tell the front desk staff you are there to enjoy the game in the lobby bar. All fans attending the watch party will receive a complimentary Chunky's movie pass, good to use for a future date.
The SNHU cheerleading and SNHU Athletic Marketing teams will both be on hand with various SNHU giveaways. There will also be a door prize raffle for a Chunky's gift basket.
Additionally, SNHU campus community members are encouraged to attend a free public viewing in the lobby of the Robert A. Freese Student Center (2500 North River Road, Manchester, N.H.). Doors open at 7:30 p.m. SNHU Athletic Marketing will be in attendance to raffle off five door prizes.
The winner of Friday night's contest will advance to the NCAA National Championship game on Sunday (Dec. 14) at 5 p.m. EST
