Tyler Murray (Barre, Vt.) scored goals, but Southern New Hampshire University Ice Hockey fell 4-2 to Saint Anselm College on Friday night at The Ice Den Arena.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Penmen struck for a 1-0 lead just 53 seconds into the contest on a goal by Gray. Flynn fired a shot from just inside the blue line that rebounded out to Devlin who took a swipe at it, and it landed for Gray to score.
- At 7:00, the Hawks tied the contest on a breakaway goal by Chris Cordeiro.
- The Hawks took the lead at 10:03 when Max Burum scored off a rebound of a shot by Mark Blaney while on a power play.
- Richie Colarusso made it 3-1 Saint Anselm at 13:56 of the first period.
- The only goal of the second period came at 18:52 when Steve Armstrong finished off a Hawk rush with assists from Cordeiro and Luke Linart.
- The Penmen cut the deficit to 4-2 at 14:00 of the final period as Murray finished off an exchange of passes with Marchant.

- The Penmen fell to third place in the Northeast-10 standings, one point behind second-place Saint Michael's College.
- SNHU is guaranteed a home game in the upcoming Northeast-10 Championship but can earn a bye to the semifinals if they can finish ahead of the Purple Knights
- Saint Anselm clinches the season series with the Penmen, earning two Queen City Cup points for the Hawks. SNHU leads the annual competition 15-9.
- Gray's goal was his third of the season and 16th of his career.
