Joey Gallo (Derry, N.H.) tallied once with three assists as Southern New Hampshire University Men's Lacrosse picked up a 14-5 win at Dominican University on Wednesday in Orangeburg, N.Y.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Penmen opened the scoring at 13:43 of the first period with Beckett scoring after picking a rebound in front of the Dominican cage.
- After Dominican tied the game, Blouin circled around the net and scored his fourth goal of the season starting a four-goal run that put SNHU up 5-1.
- Beckett (2nd of the game), Wozniak, and Gallo (man-up) each tallied in the run over less than 2-and-half minutes of game time.
- Wozniak would score off a pass from Gallo with 23 seconds left in the first quarter to put the Penmen up 6-2.
- Dwyer scored the only goal for the Penmen in the second quarter, unassisted, with 6:49. SNHU led 7-4 at halftime.
- A long clearing pass led Perez to a goal 44 seconds into the second half and SNHU outscored the Chargers 4-0 in the third quarter.
- Wozniak, Beckett, and Brown would add goals to extend the Penmen lead to 11-4.
- Blouin opened the scoring the fourth quarter before two more goals by Wozniak, the latter perfectly set-up by Gallo.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- SNHU had a 51-28 shot advantage - including 21-5 in the first quarter.
- The Penmen had a 48-17 edge on grounds balls, 16-5 on face-offs and went 20-22 on its clears vs. 19-28 for Dominican.
- SNHU went 4-for-5 in man-up situations and Dominican was 0-2.
- Cassidy made 6 saves playing the first half in goal. Sophomore Matt Roy (North Andover, Mass.) made four saves while playing the second half, allowing one goal.
NOTES
- The Penmen improve to 2-0 all-time against the Chargers. The teams had previously played on March 7, 2020, a 14-7 home game for SNHU.
- SNHU snapped a three-game losing streak and the 14 goals were the most since the season opening win against Felician University.
- Wozniak has 11 goals to lead the Penmen.
