Sophomore Eliana Anderson (Danvers, Mass.) scored her fourth goal of the game with just over three minutes to play to left Southern New Hampshire Women's Lacrosse to an 11-10 win at Molloy University on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Penmen wasted no time getting on the board, as Anderson netted the game's first goal at 11:30, giving SNHU an early 1-0 lead. Minutes later, Hadden extended the advantage at 6:19, scoring a man-up goal off an assist from Anderson, making it 2-0 SNHU.
- Rachel McLaughlin ended a 5-0 push by Molloy, finding the net off an assist from Hadden at 8:27. Just a minute later, Hadden continued her strong play, scoring unassisted at 7:36 to make it 5-4 Molloy.
- Redding capitalized on a man-up opportunity at 6:59, assisted by Hadden, pulling SNHU back within one at 6-5. Eliana Anderson struck again at 4:52, tying the game at 6-6 at halftime off an assist from McLaughlin.
- Anderson responded again early in the third quarter, scoring unassisted at 9:37 to bring SNHU into the lead at 7-6.
- The Penmen kept up the pressure, and at 4:00, sophomore Mazie Burt (Waterford, Vt.) delivered a clutch man-down goal to bring it to 8-7.
- Three quick goals by the Lions at the end of the third, and the beginning of the fourth, gave the lead back to the home side 10-8.
- McLaughlin brought it to 10-9 scoring off a feed from Redding at 10:00.
- Sophomore Charlotte Brown (Cheshire, Conn.) tied things up for SNHU at 5:17, finishing a great pass from McLaughlin to make it 10-10.
- With just over three minutes left, Eliana Anderson delivered the go-ahead goal, giving SNHU an 11-10 lead at 3:17.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Abby Cole stopped 11 of 29 shots.
- SNHU was 17-for-18 on clear attempts, while Molloy was 12-of-13.
- The Lions took 7 free position shots to just one for the Penmen.
NOTES
- Southern New Hampshire's 4-2 to start is its best through six games since the 2023 season, when it began the year 5-1.
- SNHU improves to 3-2 all-time against Molloy and have won three of the last four. This was the first meeting between the schools in nine years.
