MANCHESTER, N.H. – Additional schedule changes have been announced Sunday for SNHU Athletic Teams.
The women's tennis match at the University of Rhode Island, scheduled for today, has been cancelled.
Softball's doubleheader with Southern Connecticut State University has been postponed. It will not be played on Monday at Saint Anselm College. No reschedule date has yet been announced for that doubleheader. The Penmen have home doubleheaders coming up with New Haven (Tuesday), Saint Anselm (Thursday), and American International College (Friday).
The Ed Daniels Track and Field Invitational at Ouellette Stadium will now be contested on Monday, April 14, starting at 1:00 p.m.
Golf will participate in the Hawk Invitational at Candia Woods, but Monday's round has been dropped and the tournament will be played on Tuesday.
It had been previously announced that baseball will take on Southern Connecticut State on Monday (3:00 p.m.) and New Haven on Tuesday (2:00 p.m.) at Penmen Field. Those games will be played as scheduled as make-ups for the postponements from Saturday and Sunday. Both days will consist of two Northeast-10 games, the first will be played as nine innings, and the second as seven innings.
