Female Athlete of the Week: Corrina Obernesser - Women's Cross Country - Sr.
Corrina Obernesser (Westminster, Colo.) ran to a third-place finish in a time of 24:37, completing the six-kilometer course less than 20 seconds behind the winner, as women's cross country finished third at Saint Anselm College's Shacklette Invitational on Saturday.

Male Athlete of the Week: Dillon Labonte - Men's Cross Country  - Sr.
Dillon Labonte (Lee, N.H.) captured the 43rd running of the Shacklette Invitational on Saturday, clocking a winning time of 27:05 to finish the eight-kilometer course 42 seconds faster than the next closest competitor. The Penmen were fifth as a team.

Philipp Herrmann - Men's Soccer - Sr., F
Philipp Herrmann scored three goals for six points during a 2-0-0 week for men's soccer to open the season. Herrmann scored twice in the opening 30 minutes, including the game winner, in Thursday's 4-2 victory against St. Thomas Aquinas College, and added 58th-minute insurance in a 2-0 win over Mercy University on Saturday.

Alex Pons - Men's Soccer - Jr., B
Alex Pons led a defensive unit that allowed two goals during the 2-0-0 week for SNHU. The Penmen outshot their opponents, 28-13, including 17-6 in shots on target, en route to the perfect week. Pons added an assist on offensive in each match, including in the shutout of Mercy, when the back line allowed just four shots.

Martin Zapata - Men's Soccer - Jr., M
Zapata assisted on both of Herrmann's goals in the season opener.

Margaux de Bievre - Field Hockey - Fr., GK
Margaux de Bievre stopped 12 of the 15 shots she faced in an 0-2 week for field hockey. She played the second half of Thursday's 9-2 loss at top-ranked Kutztown University, making five saves on seven shots, before racking up seven stops on eight attempts in the second half of Sunday's 4-2 defeat versus second-ranked Saint Anselm College.
