KEY MOMENT
  • Knowlton set up a goal by freshman Ella Lampron (Plaistow, N.H.) to open the second-half scoring just 1:16 in and then scored a goal of her own just 15 seconds later. That trimmed the SNHU deficit to 9-6, but Mercy would score the final eight goals of the contest.
NOTES
  • Southern New Hampshire had won five straight home openers.
  • Knowlton scored three goals and dished an assist for a team-high four points.

  • SNHU won 16 of the game's 25 draw controls.
