Junior Lauren Fox (Yonkers, N.Y.) scored a pair of goals, but the Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team was handed a 4-2 blemish by undefeated and third-ranked Bentley University on Wednesday afternoon at the Bentley Soccer Field

  • Trailing 3-1, Fox pulled the Penmen within a goal by finding the back of the net in the 52nd minute.
NOTES
  • After being unbeaten in three of its previous four, Southern New Hampshire has dropped two straight.
  • SNHU still leads the all-time series with Bentley, 20-8-4, but sees its six-match unbeaten streak (5-0-1) halted. This was Bentley's first win over the Penmen since Nov. 10, 2019 (1-0) in Waltham. SNHU had been 1-0-1 on the road in the series since that loss.
  • Fox now has three goals on the season and in her career.
  • Senior Avary Hall (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) notched her team-leading third assist of the season.
  • Senior Isabel Hughes (Phoenix, Ariz.) made six saves in goal for the Penmen.
