2011: Made eight appearances in net for the Penmen while tallying four starts…ranked second among Penmen goaltenders in minutes played with 276:30…posted a 1-4 record on the season with 50 saves and a .495 save percentage…posted a season-best 14 saves against Bentley (4/13)…tallied 11 saves in the season-opener against Dowling (3/5)…recorded 10 saves in his final career start against Le Moyne (4/30)…also scooped up 19 groundballs on the season. 

2010:  Appeared in 14 games on the season, making 13 starts…made 17 saves in the season opener against Molloy (3/6), collecting his first of four victories on the season…drew the win against Florida Southern (3/22), halting 12 shots…stopped 13 shots in a 12-10 complete game road victory against Assumption College...made 11 saves in a 5-4 victory against Franklin Pierce (4/13)…concluded the season with a .537 save percentage and a 11.50 GAA…was third in the Northeast-10 in saves per game (12.07)...concludes season in ninth place on the all-time program career save percentage list (.510)…currently places fifth on the all-time program career save leaders (348).

2009: Played in nine games with six starts...totaled a .409 save percentage and 15.19  goals-against average in 371 minutes between the pipes...made a career-high 22 saves in the season opener against Molloy (3/14)...recorded 12 stops in a game at Dowling (4/3).

2008: Appeared in all 12 games in goal, starting nine times...registered a 10.89 goals- against average and a .548 save percentage...ranked seventh in the Northeast-10 in save percentage...made season-high 17 saves and allowed just six goals in a win over Molloy (3/26)...stopped 15 of the 23 shots he faced in a win over Saint Michael's (4/5)...recorded a .615 save percentage and 7.50 GAA in wins over Assumption and SMC to earn Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week accolades (4/7)...made 13 saves in an overtime loss to Saint Anselm (4/15).  

High School/Personal: 2007 graduate of Exeter Area HS...son of Lee and Andrea Gunst...father played lacrosse at SNHU and was selected to play in the North-South All-Star Game...enjoys ice hockey and long boarding...lists Entourage as his favorite show...Sport Management major.
