2011: Started in all 13 games of the season…scored a team-best 24 goals on the season…added 13 assists to rank second on the squad in points with 37…tallied his 100^th career point on the first goal he scored against Thomas..scored a single-game career-high six goals and added an assist against Thomas (3/12)…scored three goals and an assist against Saint Michael’s (3/26)…added three goals and two assists against Bentley (4/13)…scooped up 14 groundballs on the season while posting four caused turnovers…now sits tied for 12^th place all-time in career points with 132. 

2010:  Served as team captain alongside Terrence Nash and Michael Scotina…started 13 games on the season…finished the season with 17 goals and 11 assists for 28 points…recorded at least two points in every Penmen victory…scored two goals and an assist in a 10-8 victory at Florida Southern (3/22)…also recorded two goals an and an assist against American International (3/31)…scored three goals and two assists against Bentley (4/6)…ended the season on a nine game point streak, scoring 14 goals and 8 points during that span, including two goal games against Franklin Pierce (4/13), Adelphi (4/17), and Le Moyne (4/24).

2009: Started all 14 games and finished the season with 15 goals and 19 assists for 34  points...ranked second on the squad in both assists and points...finished with a goal and an assist against Pace (3/21)...totaled three goals and an assist at Saint Anselm (4/5)...notched two goals and a trio of assists in a win at Saint Michael's (4/8)...notched two goals and an assist at Bentley (4/11)...handed out three assists in a win over Assumption (4/15)...finished with a career-best seven points on three goals and four assists in a win at American International (4/18)...added two goals and two assists in a win over Franklin Pierce (4/22)...finished with a goal and an assist against top-ranked Le Moyne (4/25).

2008: Finished fourth on the squad and first amongst freshmen with 21 goals and 13 assists for 34 points...started all 12 games and registered at least one goal 10 times...registered two goals and an assist in a win at Molloy (3/26)...recorded season-high eight points (three goals, five assists) in a win over American International (3/29)...named Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week for his efforts in the Molloy and AIC wins (3/31)...scored twice in a win at Assumption (4/1)...finished with four goals and an assist in a win at Franklin Pierce (4/9)...notched season-high five goals and added an assist in an overtime setback to Saint Anselm (4/15).  

High School/Personal: 2007 graduate of Billerica HS...played lacrosse for the Indians...totaled 90 points as a senior...was a four-year starter and the team's leading scorer for three seasons...All-American as well as an All-Conference selection...son of Thomas and Paula Merluzzo...Marketing major.
