2013: Appeared in all 16 games for the Penmen while making 12 starts…recorded four goals and three assists for seven points…also totaled a team third-best 45 groundballs, along with a team-high 19 caused turnovers…recorded a goal and an assist in a win over Franklin Pierce (4/9), and also in a win over Saint Rose (4/13)…had a season-high six groundballs in a loss at Adelphi (3/30), and a season-best four caused turnovers in a win at American Int’l (4/27)… was named to the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association’s Division II pre-season All-New England Team (2/28)… was named to the NEILA Division II All-New England team to the long-stick midfield first team.

2012: Saw action in all 14 games...tallied nine goals and two assists to finish fifth on the team in total points with 11...led the team in both groundballs (65) and caused turnovers (37)...recorded a season-high nine groundballs against Saint Rose (4/24)...totaled six groundballs in four different games, C.W. Post (3/3), Saint Anselm (3/27), American International (3/31), and Assumption (4/4)...caused a season-high six turnovers against Merrimack (4/10)...caused five turnovers against Assumption (4/4)...also scored two goals against Assumption (4/4)...scored twice against Saint Rose (4/24)...earned Northeast-10 All-Conference Second Team honors as a long-stick midfielder.  

2011: Appeared in all 13 games for the Penmen…tallied his lone goal of the season at Saint Anselm (3/30)…posted a team fourth-best 36 groundballs…scooped up six groundballs at NYIT (3/9) and against Thomas (3/12)…led the Penmen in caused turnovers with 17…caused four against Thomas (3/12). 

High School/Personal: 2008 graduate of Scituate HS where he lettered in lacrosse and hockey...served as team captain his senior year for coach Rick Bagby and helped lead the Sailors to the state title...totaled 9 goals and 11 assists as a senior...All-Patriot League and Eastern Mass. All-Star selection in 2008...son of Peter and Kim Woodford...Marketing major.
