2013: NSCAA Second Team All-America selection…NSCAA First Team All-Region and Daktronics Second Team All-Region choice…Northeast-10 First Team All-Conference…named to the Northeast-10 and NCAA All-Championship teams…appeared in all 24 contests and was in the starting lineup 23 times…tallied three goals and an assist for seven points… member of a defensive unit that led Division II in team goals-against average (0.45) and recorded 13 shutouts…scored the game-winning goal in overtime and had a goal and an assist in a 2-1 win at Adelphi (9/28)…scored twice in SNHU’s 3-1 win over LIU Post in the NCAA East Region final (11/22).

2012: Daktronics Second Team All-Region…Northeast-10 Second Team and All-Rookie Team selection…started all 22 games in which he appeared…key member of a defensive unit that finished third nationally in goals-against average (0.56)…also scored four times on the season, including a pair of game-winning goals…recorded the game-winning goal against Saint Michael’s (9/26)…scored the game’s lone goal in a 1-0 win at Southern Connecticut (10/12), SNHU’s first road win over the Owls since 1988…also scored in back-to-back triumphs over American International (10/26) and Southern Connecticut in the NE-10 quarterfinals (10/31).

BEFORE SNHU/PERSONAL: 2012 graduate of Birchmount Park Collegiate...played basketball, football and track...played club soccer for East York Soccer Club and Sigma Sports Solutions...team captain...also trained and competed with the Canadian U-17 squad in Mexico in 2011...son of Brian Ottey and Yulanda Samuel...Sport Management major.
