2014: Appeared in all 46 games this season, including 32 appearances in the circle, and 29 starts…led the team in strikeouts with 241…becoming the all-time leader in career strikeouts…she was also named the Northeast-10 Conference Pitcher of the Year for the second year in a row, and the Daktronis All-East Region Pitcher of the Year…she also earned Daktronics All-America honorable mention accolades…she threw four no-hitters on the season, including one perfect game, and led the team to its first ever Northeast-10 Conference championship allowing no-hits in a 4-0 win against New Haven (5/4)…she totaled a career-best 18 strikeouts in a one-hit effort against Bentley (4/18), and struck out 14 batters in a loss to Saginaw Valley (3/8) in Florida…in a perfect game against Saint Michael’s (4/21), Maloof struck out 11 batters to lead the Penmen to a 5-0 win…she finished the season with a 21-8 record in the circle, with 10 shutouts in 208.1 innings pitched…Maloof recorded a 1.34 ERA for the Penmen…the junior also led the team in hits with 59, including eight doubles, two homeruns, and a team-best two triples…she scored 37 runs along with RBIs.
2013: Played in 25 games for the Penmen including 18 conference games... started in 21 in season games and
14 Conference games… earned a.378 batting average with 56 hits overall….had a total of 15 RBI…pitched 164.2 innings with 211 strikeouts and became the program’s career strikeout leader after surpassing the 300 mark…tallied 13 strikeouts at SNHU’s 1-0 win over Bentley (4/21) while also only giving up just two hits in the first game… pitched a total of 5 shut-outs (v. Post) (3/6)…Also tallied 13 strikeouts at SNHU’s 4-3 win over St. Anslem (4/24)… she has struck out more than 10 batters in 11 games…was named the Northeast-10 Conference Pitcher of the year, along with First-Team All-Conference honors as a pitcher….also named the Northeast-10 Conference Pitcher of the Week
2012: Started in all 47 games for the Penmen including 22 starts in the circle...led the team at the plate with a team-best .368 batting average and a team-high 60 hits...totaled a season-high four hits against Wilmington (Del.) (3/8)...opened the season by hitting safely in nine out of 10 games and earning back-to-back Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week honors (3/4-3/8)...totaled a 3.23 ERA in the circle and led all Penmen pitchers in strikeouts (149) and innings pitched (149.2)...tallied a season-high 15 strikeouts in SNHU's nine-inning loss to Assumption (4/1)...posted 11 strikeouts in back-to-back appearances against Bentley (4/3) and Stonehill (4/5)...became the first player in program history to throw a perfect-game in a 10-0, five inning win against Saint Rose (4/14)...pitched a six-inning, one-hit shutout against Franklin Pierce (4/17)...earned Northeast-10 Conference All-Conference Third Team honors and was named to the league's All-Rookie team.
BEFORE SNHU/PERSONAL: 2011 graduate of Norwood HS...lettered in cross country, ice hockey, and softball...played softball for head coach Carol Savino and served as team captain as a senior...was 12-1 in the circle with a 0.35 ERA and batted .495 at the plate to help the Mustangs to a 22-1 record in 2011...totaled a 35-4 record, a 0.58 ERA and a .488 batting average over her four-year career with the Mustangs...also helped the Mustangs to back-to-back undefeated regular seasons in her junior and senior seasons and three-straight state quarterfinal appearances...named the Boston Globe Player of the Year as a junior...played six years of club softball for the Mass Drifters...also a decorated ice hockey player at Norwood, totaling 168 points over her career including 22 goals and 20 assists as a senior en route to a 20-2-2 record and a state semifinal appearance...named to the Boston Globe's Dream Team girls ice hockey team as a senior...born Ali Marie Maloof ...daughter of Rick and Amy...has one brother, Michael...Child Psychology major.
