• Saw action in a career-high 45 games as a catcher and outfielder
• Hit .239 with one home run, 19 RBI and 16 runs scored
• Slugged .350 and reached base at a .369 clip
• Finished third on the team with 16 walks and led the Penmen with eight HBP
• Opened the season with a 3-for-6 showing with a pair of doubles in a twinbill split against Le Moyne College and Wilmington University (2/17)
• Belted a three-run homer and scored a pair of runs in a 13-8 win over Rollins College (3/15)
• Was a perfect 3-for-3 with a triple and four RBI in a 9-1 triumph against Saint Michael's College (4/5)
• Went 2-for-4 with an RBI double and three runs scored in a 22-3 win over Franklin Pierce University (4/19)

2016:

• Appeared in 42 games as both a catcher and outfielder
• Hit .255 with two home runs and 22 RBI with 10 runs scored
• Generated a .331 on-base percentage after rapping out 28 hits and walking 10 times
• Led the Penmen in sacrifice flies with three and was fourth in sacrifice hits with seven
• Went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI in a 9-5 win over NYIT on March 16
• Delivered the go-ahead run with a solo shot in a 4-3 win over Saint Anselm College on April 13
• Finished 2-for-3 with a double and a home run in a 2-0 win over Saint Michael’s College on April 20

2015:

• Played in and started 41 games, primarily at catcher
• Finished with three home runs and 15 RBI while batting .231
• Scored 21 runs on the season
• Went 3-4 with three RBI in a win over Gannon (3/3)
• Homered and knocked in two run apiece in wins over Assumption (4/4) and Franklin Pierce (4/13)
• Led off the ninth with a double and scored the winning run in SNHU’s 3-2 NCAA win over LIU Post (5/10)

2014:

• Appeared in 32 games as a catcher
• Recorded 14 hits, 10 runs, and 13 RBI
• The rookie also added three doubles and one homerun
• On four separate occasions, she totaled two RBI
• In a win over West Virginia Wesleyan, she went 2-4 at the plate with a homerun.

BEFORE SNHU/PERSONAL:

• 2013 graduate of Morris Catholic High School
• Played softball for four years and basketball for two years
• Also attended Pope John XXII High School her freshman year where she played both softball and basketball as well
• Hit .513 her senior year as well as serving as captain
• Was on the Senior All Star team and a First Team All-Conference Player her senior year
• Captained her softball team junior year as well as being named Honorable Mention All-State her freshman, sophomore and junior years
• Team won the conference and state championships her sophomore year
• Won the German Honors Award, English Honors Award and Principals Honors throughout high school
• Played for the Newtown Rock U18 Gold team for four years under coach Joe Garvey
• Daughter of Carmen and Darleen Torsiello
• Cousin Nikki Abruzzese played soccer at Merrimack College from 2005-2009 and cousin Daniela Abruzzese played soccer at SNHU from 2009-2013
