2011-12 GAME LOG

2011-12: Made an appearance in all 27 games this season for the Penmen, starting in 11…led the team in scoring and rebounds with 11.5 and 6.5 respectively…team co-captain…posted a double-double season-high 22 points and 11 boards in a win over Pace (1/17)… scored in double figures 19 out of the Penmen’s 27 games…recorded double digit rebounding in three games including a season-high 11 rebounds in a road loss at Stonehill (12/6) and a win against Pace (1/17)…finished second on the team in field goal percentage posting 49.8% per game.

2010-11: Played in all but one game starting 19 and finished first in scoring (12.4) and rebounding (6.7)…team co-captain…totaled season-high 23 points in a win against Assumption (1/29)…Stapleton had four double-doubles for the Penmen scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in road win against Mercy (11/20), 19 points and 11 rebounds in a loss at St. Michael’s (12/1), 16 points, 11 rebounds against CW Post in a home win (12/30), and 16 points and 13 rebounds as the Penmen lost at home to St. Rose (1/13)… Stapleton reached the 1,000 point milestone in an upset against cross-town rival Saint Anselm College (2/3) totaling 20 points on the night shooting 6-11 from the field and 8-10 from the free-throw line.

2009-10: Started all but one game and finished as team’s leading scorer (13.3 ppg) and  rebounder (7.0 rpg)…shot .490 (154-314) from the floor…reached double figures in scoring 22 times and scored at least 20 points on five occasions…posted eight double-doubles on the season…recorded 20 points and a career-best 15 rebounds in a win over Saint Michael’s (12/2)…finished with 20 points and 12 boards at Saint Rose (1/12)…tallied 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a victory over Pace (1/20)…was 10-10 at the free throw line and recorded 22 points in a road win at Assumption (1/30)…was 9-12 from the floor and totaled 25 points and nine rebounds in SNHU’s Northeast-10 first round upset of Saint Rose (2/27)…followed that up with career-highs in points (28) and rebounds (15) against Merrimack in the NE-10 quarterfinals (3/1)…averaged 26.5 points and 12.0 rebounds in SNHU’s two NE-10 tournament games while shooting .625 (20-32).

2008-09: Played in 28 of 30 games and started 22 of those contests...team's leading scorer (13.3 ppg) and second-leading rebounder (5.9 rpg)...shot 49.7% from the floor (147-296)...reached double figures in scoring  23 times and did not score fewer than eight points in any game...reached double figures in scoring in 17 straight games from 12/20 (Nyack) to 2/24 (UMass Lowell)...totaled 18 points in a season-opening win over Houghton (11/15)...scored nine points and grabbed season-high 12 rebounds in a win at Mercy (12/13)...poured in career-high 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a setback at Bridgeport (12/30)...scored 16 points on 7-11 shooting in a home win over Franklin Pierce (1/29)...finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds in a loss at UMass Lowell (1/31)...scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a win at New Haven (2/18)...went 7-9 from the floor and totaled 19 points and eight rebounds in a season-ending win over UMass Lowell (2/24)...finished with 14 points and seven rebounds in SNHU's NE-10 semifinal setback to Le Moyne (3/5).
