2011-12: Appeared in 23 games starting 10…lead the team in 3-pt percentage with 37.9%...averaged 7.9 ppg while grabbing 1.9 rpg…scored a season-high 19 points in a win over Queens (12/17)…recorded a career best five three-pointers in a win over Molloy (11/12)…posted a season-high six assists twice this season with wins against Saint Anselm (11/22) and a win at UMass Lowell (11/27)…finished shooting 40.7% from the field.

2010-11: Started all 26 games, one of two players to do so, averaging 10.6 ppg and totaling a team-high 78 assists…also led the team in free-throw percentage (87.2%) and three-point percentage (33.5%)…DeSantis made four three-pointers four times this season in a loss against UMass Lowell (11/23) when he totaled 16 points, also in a win against CW Post (12/30) where he poured in a career-high 20 points, in a home loss against St. Rose (1/13) as he totaled 18 points, and in a road win at LeMoyne (1/15) where he had 14 points…he also totaled a season-high seven assists and 12 points in a win against Merrimack (2/23) and in a win against Mercy College (11/20).

2009-10: Appeared in all 29 games, making 14 starts on the season…averaged 5.7 ppg and  led the team with 64 assists…registered 11 points, five rebounds, and four assists in his collegiate debut against Bridgeport (11/15/09)…scored nine points and had seven assists vs. Saint Anselm (11/18/09)…had a career-best eight assists in a loss to Merrimack (12/8/09)…tied his career-high with 12 points against Franklin Pierce (1/2/10), going 4-4 behind the arc.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: 2009 graduate of Notre Dame Fairfield HS...played for coach Vin Laczkoski...two-time First Team All-State selection and the Gatorade Connecticut Player of the Year as a senior...also named the Connecticut Post Player of the Year...averaged 24 points and six assists per game as a senior...team captain...led the Lancers to the first SouthWest Conference championship game in school history...high honor roll student...son of Joseph and Theresa DeSantis...father played basketball at Fairfield from 1975-1979 and is the second-leading scorer in school history with 1,916 points...he was drafted by the Washington Bullets and played professionally in Italy and was head coach at Quinnipiac from 1996-2007...Business Administration major.
