Biography

2014: Gruett appeared in 13 games this season getting 13 starts…the freshman earned Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team accolades as a defenseman…he recorded 15 groundballs on the season and caused three turnovers.

BEFORE SNHU/PERSONAL: 2013 graduate of Warwick HS…played football under Bob Locker and lacrosse under Wayne Hummer…had 89 ground balls as a senior as his team went 8-9…his sophomore year he was an honorable mention selection, junior year he was a second team selection and senior year he was a first team selection in lacrosse…also was a second team linebacker in football…made Honor Roll his senior year…played club lacrosse for Blue Mountain for two years under coach Trey Keley…son of Greg and Maria Gruett…Sports Management major.
