Cooper Ribaudo joined the SNHU men's soccer staff as an assistant coach in August 2025.

Ribaudo began his coaching career as a graduate assistant for the men's soccer team at New England College in 2024. He also worked with the NEC baseball program, as well as the Pilgrim Athletic Department.

Ribaudo transferred to NEC following two seasons at Northern Essex Community College. Ribaudo became a defensive staple in the center midfield at NEC, helping the Pilgrims capture the NECC title in 2021, while earning All-Championship Team honors.

Despite suffering a torn ACL in 2022, Ribaudo managed to play in four matches and helped NEC repeat as NECC Champions, before returning from the injury and captaining the team in 2023. Ribaudo also walked on to the baseball team at NEC and hit over .300 in three seasons.

Ribaudo began his playing career at Northern Essex from 2019-21, captaining the men's soccer team for a year, while also playing baseball.

Ribaudo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, along with a minor in sports and recreation management in 2023 from NEC, followed by an MBA in 2025.
