Rachel joined the staff as an Assistant Coach for the 2021 season.

As a player, she pitched for four years at Assumption College and graduated in 2013. While with the Greyhounds, was part of the 2012 Northeast-10 Championship team and 2011 Regular Season Championship team. She served as captain her senior season and earned multiple scholar-athlete awards during her career.

Coach Dahmke was a part of the coaching staff for the 2014 and 2015 seasons while earning a Masters in School Counseling at Assumption. Prior to SNHU, Rachel coached at her alma mater, Manchester Memorial High School.  As a high school athlete, she was the NH Wendy's High School Heisman winner and a decorated 4-year varsity athlete in field hockey, softball, indoor and outdoor track. 

She currently works as a school counselor at Manchester Central High School and lives in Belmont.
