Elizabeth Belanger

Elizabeth Belanger began her coaching career as a member of the SNHU women's basketball staff in August of 2017.

Belanger spent the 2016-17 season playing professionally in Osnabruck, Germany, following a succesful four-year playing career at the University of New Hampshire, where she was a two-year captain and a four-year member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committe (SAAC). Belanger earned America East All-Conference First Team honors as both a junior and senior, while making the Second Team as a sophomore, following an All-Rookie campaign her freshman year. In 119  career games for the Wildcats, Belanger amassed 1,453 points, 703 rebounds, 180 assists, 107 steals and 48 blocks. She ranks fifth all-time in program history in scoring and seventh in rebounding.

Belanger, who has worked as an assistant site director at Zero Gravity AAU since 2014, also organized camps and clinics for German club teams and volunteered with youth basketball clinics on the Seacoast.

A native of Acton, Mass., Belanger graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology: Sport Studies, as well as a minor in Psychology, from UNH in 2016.
