Valerie Driscoll joined the SNHU women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in August 2020.

Driscoll arrived in Manchester after beginning her coaching career with two seasons at Division III Wittenberg University, where she began as an assistant coach before taking over as interim head coach for the 2020-21 season.

Prior to that, Driscoll played professionally in Denmark for four seasons. Driscoll captured a pair of Danish Dameligean championships with Virum Go Dream in 2015-16 and 2016-17, leading the way as the Dameligean MVP in both campaigns. The two-time Import Player of the Year also won a Dameligean bronze medal with Virum in 2017-18 and another Danish Dameligean title with BK Amager in 2018-19.

Driscoll wrapped up her collegiate career as a graduate student at Quinnipiac University (2014-15), where she helped buide the Bobcats to an NCAA Tournament berth and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship.The MAAC All-Conference Second Team selection was also chosen to participate in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) "So You Want to be a Coach" program.

Driscoll played the majority of collegiate career at the University of Michigan (2010-14), making NCAA Tournament appearances with the Wolverines in 2012 and 2013, as well as earning WNIT berths in 2011 and 2014. Driscoll took home her fair share of accolades while at UM, earning the Big Ten and UM Sportsmanship Awards, the UM "Own the M" award, Big Ten All-Academic Team honors and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American Athlete of the Year accolade.
