Biography
Before SNHU/Personal
- Majoring in Sport Management
- Daughter of Michael and Tara
- Has a sister, Carrie, and a brother, Connor
- 2022 graduate of Tahoe Truckee High School
- Played four years of volleyball for the Wolverines
- Honor Roll student through all four years
- During senior year, had the opportunity to play varsity. The team went undefeated in the league, and won the 3A Nevada State Championship Title
- Attended Shasta College (2022-24) and Catawba College (2024-25) before coming to SNHU
- Played indoor volleyball, beach volleyball and track & field for Shasta- and beach volleyball at Catawba
- Finished 6th in Northern California for the Javelin Throw at Shasta
- Goal is to become an enthusiastic collegiate volleyball coach. She's been a passionate volleyball player since third grade and has a deep understanding of the sport. She would like to share this knowledge with driven athletes and create an environment where they genuinely enjoy every moment of their experience.
- Aim is to support players on and off the court, helping them build meaningful connections with one another that go beyond being just teammates. They deserve once-in-a-lifetime opportunities where they can grow not only as athletes, but also as individuals.
- Since declaring as a Sport Management Major, she has realized this path is exactly where she's meant to be. "If I'm fortunate enough to become a coach someday, it will never feel like work because I truly love everything about volleyball. My greatest joy will be passing that passion on to the next generation of athletes and watching them grow into incredible poeple along the way."
- Hobbies include line dancing, writing poetry, and just about anything sports-related. Loves the outdoors, traveling, painting, drawing, baking, listening to music, lifting weights, meeting new people, and serving the community.
- Favorite sports (other than volleyball) are Track & Field, and soccer
- Favorite teams include Brazil Beach Volleyball and Japan Indoor Volleyball
- Bethany Hamilton and Serena Williams are her favorite athletes
- Lists "Ratatouille" as her favorite movie - and Morgan Wallen as her favorite musician
