MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team halted Stonehill College's 18-match dual match win streak against Northeast-10 opponents with a 6-3 win Thursday afternoon at the SNHU courts.  The Penmen, who remain the only unbeaten team in league play, won their sixth in a row to improve to 7-1 and 4-0 in the NE-10, while the Skyhawks, who had not dropped a regular season league contest since April 20, 2008, are now 9-2 and 6-1 in the league.

The Penmen opened up by winning two of three doubles matches.  Amber Chandronnait (Bow, N.H.) and Alena Mukdaprakorn (Hartford, Conn.) were 8-2 winners at No. 1, while at No. 2, Catalina Echeverry (Cali, Colombia) and Alison Waring (Westborough, Mass.) rallied from a 5-4 deficit to post an 8-5 win.
