SNHU now advances to face second-seeded Queens, a 5-0 winner over Saint Michael's in Friday's other first round match.  The match is slated for a 10:00 am start Saturday, but will be pushed back to 11:00 am if the match is moved indoors to Queens' indoor facility should inclement weather arrive.

Southern New Hampshire rallied from a 2-1 deficit after doubles play by winning each of the first four singles matches to finish.  Alena Mukdaprakorn (Hartford, Conn.) captured the first set from Adelphi's Alda Ribeiro 6-1 at No. 2 before Ribeiro was forced to retire with an injury.  Samantha Jean (Bedford, N.H.) would give the Penmen a 3-2 lead with a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 5 before Amber Chandronnait (Bow, N.H.) made it 4-2 with a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles.
