MANCHESTER, N.H.
– The Southern New Hampshire University women's
tennis team opened its 2010-11 dual match season with a 9-0
Northeast-10 victory over Merrimack College Saturday
afternoon. The match marked the season opener for both
schools.
With the win, the Penmen extended
their regular-season win streak to 16 games and their NE-10
conference match win streak to 18 matches. Southern New
Hampshire has not dropped a conference match since the 2008-09
season.
Southern New Hampshire returns to
action Saturday, October 9, when it travels to the University of
New Haven for an 11:00 am match.
