MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire University Fitness Center is sponsoring a Holiday Fitness Challenge on Tuesday, November 15 from 2-6 pm in the Fitness Center.

The event is a men's and women's team event, with the entry fee $100 per team, with proceeds benefitting Childrens Hospital at Dartmouth.  The competition consists of the treadmill, bench press, pull-ups and a flexed arm hang.  Prizes will be awarded to the top teams.
