Jake Lapham received a no-decision in a 4-3 victory in game one Sunday, as he allowed two runs on two hits over six innings, striking out six.
Julianna Colbert - Softball - Jr., P
Julianna Colbert (Burrillville, R.I.) extended her win streak to six consecutive starts, winning twice at Pace. She allowed two runs – one earned – over 14 innings in two complete games Saturday and Sunday. Colbert, who struck out 13 batters over the two contests, was named the NE10 Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season earlier Monday.
Kaysie DeMoura - Softball - Jr., IF
Kaysie DeMoura (Taunton, Mass.) was 5-for-12 (.417) with three doubles, a pair of RBI and four runs scored. She was 3-for-5 with three runs scored in Saturday's doubleheader sweep, before going 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles, two RBI and a run scored in a 7-1 game-one victory Sunday.
Brynn Goulet - Women's Lacrosse - Sr., A
Brynn Goulet (Tyngsboro, Mass.)Â registered nine points on eight goals and an assist, while adding four ground balls, in a 1-1 week for women's lacrosse. She scored three goals, dished an assist and scooped up four ground balls in Wednesday's 16-9 loss at Bentley University, before matching her career high with five goals on Senior Night in a 14-8 victory against Franklin Pierce University on Friday.
Piper Knowlton - Women's Lacrosse - R-Fr., M
Piper Knowlton (Chester, N.H.) notched seven points on four goals and three assists during the week. Knowlton scored twice at Bentley, before adding two more goals and three helpers versus FPU.
Hope Sinclair - Women's Track & Field - Sr.
Hope Sinclair (Hampton, N.H.) highlighted the SNHU Spring Invitational on Thursday with a pair of victories, winning the 100 meters in 11.89 seconds and the 200 meters in 25.04. Her time in the 100m was a new personal mark, which would have qualified as a new program best, but was wind aided.Â
Erika Wojcik - Women's Track & Field - So.
Erika Wojcik (North Andover, Mass.) earned a win in the 1500-meters, crossing the line in a new PR of 4:48.92 to lead SNHU's distance group. She was also part of the winning 4x400 team that finished in 4:09.35.
Kay Wheelock - Women's Track & Field - Jr.
Kay Wheelock (Milford, Mass.), also part of that 4x400 squad, added another victory for SNHU in the 400-meter hurdles, winning the event in 1:06.12.
Corrina Obernesser - Women's Track & Field - Gr.
Corrina Obernesser (Westminster, Colo.) captured first place in the 3000-meter steeplechase (11:20.50).
