SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Emma Houlihan (Shoreham, N.Y.) led the Penmen offense with 14 kills en route to a 3-0 Northeast-10 Conference win over Le Moyne College Saturday afternoon. The Penmen defeated the Dolphins with set scores of 25-9, 25-19, and 25-19.  SNHU is now 10-12 overall and 2-8 in league play. Le Moyne stands at 12-10 overall and 3-7 in the conference.

Along with Houlihan, Maeghan Higgins (Hesperia, Calif.) added seven kills and five digs on the day. Kendra Mikuta (Orland Park, Ill.) contributed 16 digs on the defensive end, and Erica Solomon (Islip Terrace, N.Y.) totaled seven digs and five kills.  In the setter position, Catherine Cotton (Murphy, Texas) dished out 34 assists for the Penmen.

Madison Snow and Morgan McDermott each had five kills for the Dolphins. Megan Maisonet totaled 17 assists for Le Moyne, and Snow added 11 digs.

The Penmen return to action Tuesday, October 30 when they travel to Saint Michael's for a 7:00 p.m. conference match.
