WILSON, N.C. – The Southern New Hampshire University women's golf team opened up its 2015 season at the Barton College Intercollegiate Tournament at Wilson Country Club on Monday. The Penmen posted a team score of 561 and sit seventh heading into Tuesday's final round.
Freshman Shelby Reed (Concord, N.H.) currently ranks at 29th and carded a 104 on Monday to lead the Penmen. Sophomore Aimee Cawlina (Peabody, Mass.) finished with a 106, while sophomore Kerry Twomey (Londonderry, N.H.) checked in with a 111. Sophomore Autumn Scanlon (Waltham, Mass.) and senior Elizabeth Rennie (North Falmouth, Mass.) rounded out the list of Southern New Hampshire competitors with scores of 116 and 124 respectively.
The SNHU women's golf team continues their tournament at Barton College tomorrow morning at Wilson Country Club.
