WEST CHESTER, PA. – The Southern New Hampshire University women's golf team closed out their performance at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational on Monday. The Penmen posted a final two round score of 841 and finished 10th.
Each Penmen golfer improved on their opening round effort, beginning with Aimee Cawlina (Peabody, Mass.) who improved on her day one score of 101 with a 93 on day two. Shelby Reed (Concord, N.H.) posted a two day score of 206 featuring a day two score of 96, while Kerry Twomey (Londonderry, N.H.) posted scores of 106 and 102 respectively. Elizabeth Rennie (North Falmouth, Mass.) and Autumn Scanlon (Waltham, Mass.) rounded out the Penmen participants.
The SNHU women's golf team is back in action Saturday for the Le Moyne Invitational at Timber Oaks Country Club in Baldwinsville, N.Y.
