BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. – The Southern New Hampshire University women's golf team wrapped up their efforts at the Le Moyne Invitational Sunday afternoon. The Penmen recorded their best two-day score of the 2014-15 year with an 807 finishing fifth at Timber Banks Golf Club.
Shelby Reed (Concord, N.H.) led the way with a team-best 191 that featured a second day score of 93. Kerry Twomey (Londonderry, N.H.) was shortly behind Reed as she posted a two-day score of 192, including a single round career best of 94 on day two. Elizabeth Rennie (North Falmouth, Mass.) recorded a season best mark of 99 on day one and concluded the tournament with a 206. Autumn Scanlon (Waltham, Mass.) finished one spot below Rennie in the standings with a 218.
SNHU is back in action this Friday as it hosts the Northeast-10 Conference Championships Friday and Saturday at Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown, N.H.
