The Adelphi University women's tennis team remained unbeaten on the season, defeating Southern New Hampshire 6-3 on the road Saturday afternoon.
Graduate student Nour Kaddour (Paris, France) and senior Ashley Loft (Leysin, Switzerland) registered all three points for the Penmen. The pair combined for an 8-1 win at No. 1 singles, while Kaddour rallied for a 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles. Loft was a 6-3, 6-4 winner at No. 2 singles for Southern New Hampshire.
Notes:
- Adelphi is the defending Northeast-10 regular-season champion and was picked second in the NE-10 preseason poll.
- Kaddour and Loft are each a combined 4-0 in singles and doubles play for SNHU so far.
What's Next:
SNHU is slated to host Assumption College Sunday in a 1:00 match.
