Score: Southern New Hampshire University – 367 (T-11^th/14) 

Sophomore Kaitlyn Lutinski (Derry, N.H.) shot an 87 as the Southern New Hampshire University women's golf team tied for 11^th at the opening round of the Big Apple Lady Invitational on Monday at the Elmwood Country Club.

Lutinski's score tied her for 46^th, overall. 

Senior Aimee Cawlina (Peabody, Mass.) shot a 91, while classmate Kerry Twomey (Londonderry, N.H.) checked in with a 93.

Freshman Alyssa Scandura (Rocky Hill, Conn.) rounded out the Penmen scorers with a 96. Sophomore Kailey Coleman (No. Berwick, Maine) totaled a 98 that did not factor in the team score. 

Notes:
- The University of Indianapolis is leading the field with a 298.
- Indianapolis' Katharina Kellich is the top individual after day one with an even-par 72.
- The Big Apple Lady Invitational, hosted by Merrimack College, is comprised of 81 student-athletes from 14 institutions.
