Score: Southern New Hampshire University – 719 (6th/7)
Sophomore Kaitlyn Lutinski (Derry, N.H.) carded an 86 Monday as the Southern New Hampshire University women's golf team finished sixth at the Northeast-10 Championship, hosted by Franklin Pierce University at the Brentwood Golf Course.
Lutinski tied for 19th, overall, with a two-day total of 176 following her opening-round 90 on Sunday.
Freshmen Rachel Ruffino (W. Orange, N.J.) and Alyssa Scandura (Rocky Hill, Conn.) each shot a 90 on Monday. Ruffino placed 21st with a 178, while Scandura was right behind in 22nd with a 179. Ruffino and Scandura led the Penmen on Sunday with an 88 and 89, respectively.
Senior Aimee Cawlina (Peabody, Mass.) totaled a 186 to finish in 27th after shooting a 96. Classmate Kerry Twomey (Londonderry, N.H.) tied for 31st following a 102 that did not factor in the team score. Twomey tabulated a 195 for the tournament.
Notes:
- Two-time defending champion Merrimack College made it a three-peat by totaling a 625 that bested host Franklin Pierce by 21 strokes.
- Merrimack's Alessandra Ricigliano was the individual medalist with a 2-over 146.
- The Northeast-10 Championship was comprised of 35 student-athletes from seven institutions.
