Junior Kaitlyn Lutinski (Derry, N.H.) carded a 94 Thursday, with the Southern New Hampshire University women's golf team remaining in eighth place, following the second round of the Pinehurst Intercollegiate, hosted by Boston University at Pinehurst No. 8.

Lutinski improved on Wednesday's round by six strokes, as she now has a 194 through 36 holes.

Sophomore Brooke Barrett (Bedford, N.H.) is at 192 for the tournament after her second-round 95. Freshman Makyla Lewellen (Zanesville, Ohio), who shot a 95 in the opening round, is also at 192 following Thursday's 97.

Junior Kailey Coleman (No. Berwick, Maine) submitted a 104 for a two-round total of 211, while classmate Morgan Mitchell (Charlton, Mass.), who did not factor into the scoring, penciled in a 114 and now stands at 221 for the tourney.

Notes:
-Eastern Kentucky University leads after two rounds with a 636, which is 20 strokes better than the University of Richmond and 21 strokes ahead of Boston University.
-Eastern Kentucky's Ragga Kristinsdottir is the individual leader with a 155 – two shots better than her teammate, Elsa Moberly.
-The Pinehurst Intercollegiate is comprised of 46 golfers from eight institutions.
