NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE 

MANSFIELD, Mass.– Junior Sofia Morais (Porto, Portugal) of the Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team was selected as the Northeast-10 Player of the Week for the period ending April 8, the conference office announced Wednesday.

Sala, who also earned the award back on Sept. 19, won a pair of matches to produce the only two points for the Penmen in a 7-2 loss to Concordia (N.Y.) College on Saturday in their regular-season finale. Morais blanked Kristel Kalm, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 2 singles after combining with classmate Anna Sala (Matadepera, Spain) to take down Kalm and Siri Victorsson at No. 1 doubles, 8-5.
