Bedell, Wilder Receive NE10 All-Conference Third Team Accolades

NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE

MANSFIELD, Mass. – Senior Alexa Bedell (Londonderry, N.H.) and junior Kristin Wilder (Framingham, Mass.) of the Southern New Hampshire University women's lacrosse team were both named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference Third Team on Friday, as the conference office announced its end-of-the-year awards.

Bedell makes her third straight appearance on an NE10 All-Conference Team after starting all 17 contests, scoring 43 goals and dishing 26 assists for 69 points, while also racking up 88 draw controls and 24 ground balls. Bedell, who was 13-for-21 on her free-position attempts, ranks eighth in the single-season record book in points and ninth in assists. Bedell placed seventh in the league in assists, eight in draw controls, 12th in free-position goals, 14th in points and 20th in goals.

Wilder also joins Bedell by receiving NE10 All-Conference recognition for the third consecutive season. Wilder started 15 of the 16 games she played in, finding the back of the net 56 times, while handing out a career-high 12 assists, for 68 points. The 56 goals are the fourth most in a single season in program history, with the 68 points checking in as the 10th most. Wilder slotted in seventh in the conference in free-position tallies, ninth in goals and 15th in points.
