KEY MOMENT
- SNHU led, 31-21, at the half when it began the second stanza on a 15-5 run - led by six points from Russell and five from Dean - to open up a 46-26 advantage with 4:13 remaining in the third quarter.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Zorria West paced the Knights with 17 points (7-16 FG, 3-8 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists and three blocks.
- The Penmen outshot the Knights, 37.1 percent (23-62) to 33.3 percent (21-63), including 21.7 percent (5-23) to 10 percent (1-10) from beyond the arc.
- SNHU was also better from the line, 66.7 percent (8-12) to 41.7 percent (5-12).
- The Penmen gathered more points off turnovers (19-10) and featured a better assist-to-turnover ratio (14/10-9/18), while the Knights won the glass (42-29) and collected more second chance points (16-4). The paint was even (34-34).Â
