Sophomore Jenna Roche (Braintree, Mass.) led five scorers in double figures with a career-best 17 points Sunday, as the Southern New Hampshire University women's basketball team handed the University of Bridgeport an 82-73 loss at the Stan Spirou Field House.

KEY MOMENTS
- The score was tied at 59-all with just over six minutes to play in regulation when Ziliak bookended a 13-1 run with baskets that gave the Penmen their largest lead of the afternoon at 72-60 with 1:29 on the clock. Terry matched Ziliak's four points during the run to help lead the way.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Samirah Henderson led all scorers with 19 points (7-14 FG, 4-8 3-FG, 1-2 FT) for the Purple Knights.
- The Penmen outshot the Purple Knights, 48.2 percent (27-56) to 38 percent (27-71), while Bridgeport returned the favor from deep, 42.3 percent (11-26) to 19 percent (4-21).
- Though SNHU was plus-16 from the stripe, Bridgeport shot it better, 80 percent (8-10) to 70.6 percent (24-34).
- The Penmen captured the glass (40-38) and the paint (38-24), collected more fastbreak points (33-7) and featured a more impressive assist-to-turnover ratio (16/13-15/16), while the Purple Knights held a slight edge in points off turnovers (16-15) and received more scoring from their bench (44-33).

- Southern New Hampshire vanquishes a two-game slide with the victory.
- Despite trailing in the all-time series, 26-20, SNHU has now captured four-in-a-row versus the Purple Knights.
