MANCHESTER, N.H. - The ninth-ranked Southern New Hampshire University baseball team has shifted its weekend slate, cancelling a trip to Pennsylvania that would have seen it play a doubleheader at Shepherd University on Saturday and another twinbill at Shippensburg Unversity on Sunday.
In its place, the Penmen will now play a three-game set with NE10-rival Merrimack College at the New England Baseball Complex in Northborough, Mass. The series kicks off Friday, March 1 (5 p.m.), with a doubleheader following Sunday at 2 p.m. SNHU will be the home team Friday, with Merrimack taking the last at bat in game one Sunday and a coin flip to decide the home team in game two.
