Graduate student Alice Arletti (Modena, Italy) reached career highs with 11 kills and nine blocks, as the Southern New Hampshire University women's volleyball team recorded a 3-1 victory against Pace University on Sunday afternoon at the Goldstein Fitness Center.

KEY MOMENTS
- Southern New Hampshire led by three later in the first set when it scored six of the final seven points, including a set-clinching kill by Arletti, to go ahead, 1-0, in the match.
- Pace evened the match by returning the favor in the second set, closing with a 6-1 run to take the stanza.
- SNHU trailed, 19-17, in the third set when it scored eight of the final 11 points to take a 2-1 advantage.
- The Penmen dominated the final frame, notching the first eight points before jumping out to an 11-1 lead. Arletti collected three kills during the stretch. Pace would whittle the deficit to seven when another Arletti kill sparked an 8-2 rush that put the match away.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Set scores were 25-17, 18-25, 25-22, 25-12.
- Sophomore Chiara Di Valerio (Terni, Italy) tallied six digs.
- SNHU outhit Pace in all three sets, as well as .302-.082, overall.
- The Penmen held a massive 16-4 advantage in blocks.
- The Setters owned a 9-5 edge in aces.
NOTES
- Southern New Hampshire has won seven of its last 10, including two of three.
- The victory means SNHU controls its own destiny for an NE10 Championship quarterfinal home match and can clinch at leas the No. 4 seed with wins in its final two contests.
- The Penmen have now won seven of the last nine meetings with Pace, including four-in-a-row.
